Custom Patches

Most patch creation places won't even talk to you unless you want to order 50 or more patches and charge up to $80.00 to process your artwork.
We cater to lower volume needs, including one-offs.

What is available

• Sizes: At this time we are able to offer patches up to 14" x 8".

• Shape: Squares, rectangles, circles, ovals, odd shapes and top & bottom rockers.

• Materials: Cotton/Polyester Twill, Duck Canvas, Target.

• Colors: All three types of material is available in many colors.

 

What is the cost

It depends on size, shape, complexity and how many stitches are in the design.
Name patches (3 inch by 1 inch OR 4 inch by 1 inch) are $5.

Format Conversion Fee
EVERY patch needs an Embroidery Program created for the machine to sew your patch. We charge a $40 flat rate, one time Format Conversion Fee. However, if we can create the program in 15 minutes or less, we'll waive the fee. (Name patches are not charged this fee as long as it is text only.)

The patches themselves are charged on a per-stitch basis of $1 per 1000 stitches up to a maximum of $175. Only REALLY large and complicated patterns, like back patches, will reach this amount.
